If you like the Nordic winter with a dog sledding experience, but not 8 days on tour, then we invite you to our Husky week. During this week we take a 3 days tour, and the last day you are ready for a mountain tour.
The group size of only 3 participants for each guarantee an exclusive experience.
Tour Description
Day 1: Arrival. If you arrive by plane, we can pick you up in Östersund. On the Huskyfarm arrived,you meet the dogs and make yourself comfortable in the guestrooms.
Day 2: After a first ride with the dogs we prepare our 3-day tours.
3-5 days: Everything was prepared the day before so we can start our tour in the wilderness. In the afternoon we reach the cabin. First we take care of the dogs then we set the fire in the oven, get water, and unpacke the sledgs. Even the most beautiful day has an end, tired and full of impressions we go to sleep. The following day we go again over frozen lakes and snowy forests next to our log cabin. On the last day we reach back Häggsjövik.
Day 6: On this day you can either go ice fishing, snowshoeing tour, or just relaxing.
Day 7: During this week you are to become an experienced musher. Now you are ready to a dog sled tour in the mountains around Häggsjövik.
Day 8: In the morning afther a breakfast we bring you back to the airport of Östersund
Price: 1470,- Euro per person
Participants: 3 persons
Services: Airport transfer from Östersund, own dog sled team, guide, all accommodation,meals and if necessary complete equipment
